- Assist with routine cleaning tasks across commercial spaces, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Support more experienced team members with deep cleaning procedures such as window washing, floor polishing, and restroom sanitation
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, offices, restrooms, and other designated spaces according to company standards
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a secure work environment
- Help with the setup and breakdown of cleaning equipment and supplies as needed




- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
- Contribute to a positive team environment by working collaboratively and efficiently

Skills

- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning practices
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines accurately
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts
- Reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance or general maintenance tasks is a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills related to commercial cleaning and building upkeep
