Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Full time We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our civil construction team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting production of projects safely, within budget, with the allotted scheduled timelines, and to excellent quality standards. Prepare and maintain communications and documentation with construction subtrades.

Timely placement of orders to maintain inventory of required site material. Create and maintain project logs. Track, sort and distribute all paperwork to and from Head Office and answer phones, reply to emails, order and receive material/supplies, data entry, photocopying and filing.

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Site Supervisor as required.

Assist Trade

Partners with respect to extras, drawings, completions, and building supplies.



Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil infrastructure projects including earthworks, site grading, site works, road reconstruction, and related scopes. Obtain subcontractor and supplier pricing and evaluate quotes for inclusion in bids.

Prepare RFI's and liaise with clients/consultants for clarification during the tender stage. Proven experience in construction or civil engineering projects with a focus on project coordination or management is an asset Strong clerical and administrative skills including proficiency with Office 365 suite of programs Knowledge of using HCSS Web is an asset. Demonstrated skills with planning, organization, and the ability to multitask, as well as leadership and supervisory skills Retirement savings program.
