Reporting to the Director D365 BC, the Business Central Manufacturing Functional Consultant, is a key member of our Microsoft practice team. As a strategic partner, your expertise will be essential in supporting our clients in the successful deployment of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) solution. Recognized expert in manufacturing modules, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Business Central, particularly in Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Planning, Production Control, Sales, and Product Information Management.

Business

Knowledge & Operational Excellence Lead the implementation and configuration of supply chain modules in Business Central, ensuring compliance with industry best practices. Analyze client business processes to propose optimal and innovative solutions, guaranteeing the achievement of expected results.



Work closely with clients, developers, analysts, testers, and project managers for successful deployments.

Actively participate in design reviews and internal meetings, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Autonomously solve complex supply chain and logistics challenges within Business Central, designing and proposing creative and effective solutions.

Formation: Diplôme universitaire en gestion des opérations, logistique, génie industriel ou domaine connexe. Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en analyse fonctionnelle Dynamics 365 Business Central ou 5 ans en analyse fonctionnelle Dynamics NAV. Expérience confirmée en projets d'implantation et de migration, ainsi qu'en support post‐implantation.

Compétences techniques & analytiques Maîtrise des modules de la chaîne d'approvisionnement de Dynamics 365 Business Central (Approvisionnements, Gestion de l'Inventaire, Gestion des entrepôts, Planification, Contrôle de Production, Vente, Gestion des Informations sur les Produits). Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse.

Communication: Avoir de bonnes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais afin notamment de communiquer avec une clientèle située partout en Amérique du Nord.

Education: University degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central functional analysis or 5 years in Dynamics NAV functional analysis. Proven experience in implementation and migration projects, as well as post‐implementation support.

Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central supply chain modules (Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Planning, Production Control, Sales, Product Information Management).
