Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Duties

- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and schematics
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction estimates to verify project scope and resource allocation
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera P6 to track progress, update schedules, and manage documentation
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with safety regulations
- Lead site meetings, communicate project updates effectively,



and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on trackSkills
- Proven supervising experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction processes and workflows
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or similar platforms
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques
- Excellent knowledge of quality control procedures and safety standards on construction sites
- This is a working supervisor position, will be required hands-on utilizing tools etc.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans effectively

Pay: $45.00-$64.00 per hour Expected hours: 50.0 per week
