Construction Superintendent - Out of

Marmot Builders Prince George, BC

Marmot Builders is the fast-growing commercial construction company and a Gold Seal Certified Employer in Northern BC, headquartered in Prince George. We're expanding our team and seeking experienced Construction Superintendents to lead projects across the region. We have an opportunity available, in Prince George and remote positions throughout Northern BC. For the right candidate, we're happy to assist with relocation to Prince George.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage commercial building construction projects ranging from $300K to $10M in value.
- Coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Enforce safety protocols, quality control, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report to senior management.
- Work on remote sites as needed for projects outside the Prince George area (remote position only)

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role, with a track record of managing projects from $300K to $10M.
- Red Seal certification in a construction trade is a strong asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to work independently in remote locations when required.
- Valid driver's license, approved drivers abstract
- Willingness to travel (remote position only)
- Level 1 First Aid or willingness to procure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46.50-$51.46 per hour
