Duties

- Engage with followers on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn by responding promptly to comments and messages.
- Greet visitors professionally at the front desk, answer phone calls, handle inquiries efficiently, and direct visitors appropriately.
- Maintain a tidy reception area, manage appointments or schedules as needed, and support administrative tasks related to digital marketing campaigns.





Qualifications

- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer (applications).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and Google Analytics for data analysis.
