Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contract The Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist performs full life-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of rolesacross Canada. Ensuring sourcing strategies, methodology and processes are aligned with business requirements and overall company policy will be critical for success. This is atemporary role, designed to support our talent acquisition needs for a defined period.

Drive and manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, and managing the offer process for roles throughout Canada. Partner with industrial, corporate and commercial leaders to ensure alignment between recruiting needs and recruiting strategy, specifically for Canadian markets. Develop and maintain solid partnerships with business leaders, HR team and line managers.

Utilize creative and proactive techniques (strategic and tactical) that lend to the success of talent acquisition within the Canadian context. Identify creative cost effective methods for sourcing candidates across Canada. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or other related field. ~2-3 years prior high-volume recruiting experience with demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring, ideally within the Canadian market. ~ Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; prior experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably SuccessFactors or WorkDay), LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms preferred.



~ Demonstrated recruiting experience in a multi-function environment with the ability to manage multiple/competing priorities. ~ Flexibility with the ability to adjust and refocus priorities based on changing business needs and the temporary nature of the role.
