Country Founding Partner - Dental GTM | Canada | Equity-based, no salary The opportunity

Oral Connect is building a dental CRM and patient-engagement platform to help practices turn enquiries into attended consultations, follow up treatment plans and maintain patient relationships. We are starting with the UK and building a repeatable delivery model before expanding. We are looking for a country founding partner who knows the local dental sector and wants to build a market with us.

Your market

Based in Ontario, Canada, working remotely with local relationship development.

Start with one Ontario metro and PMS segment: independent implant and cosmetic clinics, small dental groups and trusted partners. Validate provincial privacy, messaging requirements, integration readiness and support coverage before expanding beyond Ontario. Identify one achievable metro/PMS segment, build a credible route to clinic owners and DSO operators, and validate the case for improving paid-lead follow-up without replacing the clinical system.

This role is based in Canada, with remote working and local relationship development.

What you would build

Own local discovery, positioning, partner development and a qualified clinic pipeline. Turn agreed opportunities into paid pilots, support a clean sales-to-implementation handover, and track activation, adoption, retention and contribution. Bring customer insight back to central product leadership. Build a local team only when the economics and approved budget support it.

Autonomy with central support

Lead the local relationship strategy and execution within agreed decision rights. Work directly with the founder and central product, engineering and implementation team on demos, materials, delivery planning and escalation. We will agree pilot capacity and support coverage before commitments are made. No unlimited marketing budget, guaranteed integration or exclusive territory is promised.





Who this suits A dental-sector commercial operator, practice-group leader, supplier/distributor skilled or experienced dental growth founder with credible relationships with clinic owners and DSO decision makers. You can point to accounts you personally won or expanded, understand practice economics and can turn trust into adopted, paying workflows. SaaS commercial discipline, sound judgment and practical execution matter more than an impressive title.

Compensation and structure

This is a proposed entrepreneurial partnership in a separate country company, not an ownership stake in the Oral Connect group. No salary or guaranteed cash compensation is currently budgeted. The equity percentage will be negotiated according to your contribution, responsibilities and delivery.

The company structure, grant, vesting and milestones will be agreed and documented before work begins. Equity is at risk, may be diluted and may have no realisable value. No future salary or guaranteed income is promised; any engagement must comply with local law.

An initial plan to agree together

Proposed first 30 days: validate one segment, interview 10 decision makers and map systems, alternatives and buying criteria. Proposed next phase: secure three qualified paid-pilot commitments only after central readiness approval; then prove adoption, retention and contribution. Targets and equity milestones will be negotiated, not assumed from this advert.
