Job Title: Credit Processing Officer

Location: Edmonton, AB (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)

Position Summary The Credit Processing Officer is responsible for supporting daily administrative and data processing activities, ensuring information is entered accurately, work is completed within established timelines, and company policies and procedures are followed. The role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer and MS Office skills, sound judgment, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily workloads and complete assigned tasks within established service timelines.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in the relevant systems.
- Review information for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Identify errors or discrepancies and take appropriate action to correct or escalate them.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and risk-control requirements.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners and team members.
- Maintain consistent productivity, accuracy, and quality while handling daily work volumes.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.

Must-Have Qualifications and Skills

- Previous data entry experience.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to work with computer systems.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.




- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good judgment and the ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage daily workloads and meet deadlines reliably.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

- Previous banking or financial services experience.
- Previous credit-related experience.
