Know cross-border freight? Confident booking open-board loads? We’re looking for an experienced dispatcher who can keep our drivers moving.

Must-Have Experience

- Minimum 2 years of U.S.–Canada cross-border dispatching experience.
- Hands-on experience finding, negotiating and booking open-board loads for drivers.
- Direct load-booking experience on at least THREE of these platforms: Active Aero, Loadlink, DAT, XPO and Amazon. General familiarity alone does not qualify.
- Strong understanding of HOS, ELDs, border requirements and route planning.
- Clear communication, solid customer service and the ability to handle delays and breakdowns.

Your Role

- Dispatch drivers and coordinate cross-border pickups and deliveries.
- Book profitable loads and minimize empty miles.




- Track shipments and keep drivers and customers updated.

Availability for rotating shifts, evenings and weekends when required. Pay: Starting at $20/hour for candidates meeting the minimum two-year experience requirement. Higher rates offered based on experience and qualifications.
