Compensation: $210,000 – $275,000 USD per year (base), depending on experience

About the role

Reliant HR Consultancy & Facility Management WLL is hiring a Crypto Finance Manager to own financial planning, reporting, and controls for crypto-related operations. You’ll manage treasury visibility, digital-asset accounting treatments, partner/vendor costs, and leadership reporting—so crypto activity stays accurate, auditable, and decision-ready.

Responsibilities

- Own crypto-related financial reporting, forecasts, and management dashboards
- Track digital-asset balances, movements, fees, and realized/unrealized impacts with clear controls
- Partner with ops, compliance, and leadership on reconciliations and month-end close
- Build budgets and variance analysis for crypto programs and vendor spend
- Improve internal controls around wallets, exchanges, custodians, and payment partners
- Prepare audit-ready documentation and support external audit/finance reviews
- Model scenarios for runway,



liquidity, and crypto-related cost structures
- Translate on-chain/exchange activity into clear finance narratives for non-technical stakeholders

Requirements
- 4–7+ years in finance, FP&A;, corporate finance, or fintech finance; crypto exposure preferred
- Robust Excel/Sheets modeling; comfort with finance systems and reconciliations
- Working understanding of crypto market mechanics (exchanges, wallets, stablecoins, fees)
- Experience with internal controls, audit support, or regulated financial environments
- Excellent written communication for board/leadership-ready reporting
- Ability to work async with cross-functional remote teams
- Fluent English

Nice-to-haves
- Experience with digital-asset accounting policies or crypto treasury operations
- Familiarity with on-chain explorers and exchange reports
- CPA/ACCA/CFA (or equivalent) progress or certification
- Prior work in consulting, VASP, exchange, or payments finance teams
