As a Customer Sales Agent, you’ll connect with customers face-to-face, introduce Rogers Internet, TV, and Home Phone services, and help customers find options that fit their needs. You’ll develop hands-on sales experience, strengthen your communication skills, and contribute to a team focused on customer satisfaction and sales growth.

What You’ll Do

- Represent Rogers Telecommunications and introduce customers to available Internet, TV, and Home Phone services.
- Engage customers in face-to-face conversations to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Explain service features, promotions, and bundled options clearly and confidently.
- Support customers throughout the enrollment and account activation process.
- Build robust customer relationships through personalized service and professional communication.
- Follow up when needed to support a positive customer experience.




- Work toward individual and team sales targets while developing effective sales techniques.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence speaking with people face-to-face.
