- Young’s Water is looking for a motivated individual to serve as the face of our business and work directly with our customers at the front desk. The idea candidate is highly approachable, customer-oriented and thrives on offering exceptional service. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing retail operations, and supporting our digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities: Customer Service: Receive and process customer inquiries in person, over the phone and via email.

Issue Resolution: Communicate clearly and effectively to resolve customer issues quickly and ensure overall satisfaction.

Administration: Document and maintain accurate customer records and handle the booking appointments.

Retail Operations: Handle cash and POS transactions, keep retail space stocked with inventory and ensure the retail area remains clean and organized.

Product Knowledge: Learn and articulate product information to customers, perform basic water testing and assist customers by lifting items up to 50 LBS.

Marketing Support: Expand our social media presence, manage digital road sign advertising, create postings with artwork/picture and help increase our reviews while maintaining our 5-star rating.

Requirements:

Experiance: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (prefered).

Education: Secondary School Diploma or equivalent (prefered).





Skills: Fluet in Microsoft programs, availible to speak and write clearly and confortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to safely assist customers by lifting up to 50 LBS.

Schedule & Availability:

-Day shifts (4-hour and 8-hour shifts availible).

- Business hours, Monday to Friday 8:30am till 5pm, Saturudays 9am till 12pm.

-Versatile Schedule offered.

Additional Pay:

-Opportunities for bonus pay and overtime.
