We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our dental office, delivering exceptional service and support to our diverse customer base. Fluency in English is a must, Turkish and Farsi knowledge will be a plus. along with a passion for helping others and a knack for analysis and upselling. Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication at all times
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette to handle questions, resolve issues, and provide product or service information effectively
- Conduct data entry accurately to record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our systems
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services
- Support sales efforts by promoting relevant offerings tailored to customer requirements
- Assist with multilingual support, primarily in English, Farsi,



Turkish to serve our diverse clientele effectively
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed swiftly and thoroughly

Experience

- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within a fast-paced or multilingual environment
- Solid analysis skills with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback for actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability in sales or upselling techniques that enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Excellent communication skills in English proficiency is essential
- Familiarity with data entry tools
- Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices to create positive interactions with customers
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $17.60-$31.87 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 37.0 per week
