Responsibilities

- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends or areas for improvement in service delivery

Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles with strong communication skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or products
- Experience with sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and professional demeanor
