Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Brampton. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, excellent written communication skills, and strong Excel and analytical abilities. Experience working with SAP, Ceil, Centiro, DHL, and Purolator is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support via email and other communication channels.
- Investigate customer concerns, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use Excel to analyze data, maintain records, prepare reports, and support daily operations.
- Work with systems such as SAP, Ceil, and Centiro to manage customer service and order-related information.
- Coordinate with shipping and courier providers, including DHL and Purolator, to address delivery inquiries and resolve shipping-related issues.




- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure information is entered and updated correctly.
- Identify discrepancies, analyze problems, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly professional email communication.
- Advanced or fluent Excel skills, including data analysis.
- Experience working with SAP, Ceil, Centiro, DHL, and Purolator.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer information and data.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
