We’re an established HVAC company seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to call leads and book estimate and service appointments for our estimators and technicians.

Location: Bay 214, 11929 40 Street SE, Calgary, AB

Start Date: April 1-15, 2026

Hours: Full time, 35–40 hours/week

Pay: $20–$24/hour

· Call inbound and outbound leads to qualify interest and schedule estimate appointments

· Book service appointments for maintenance, repairs, and emergency calls

· Maintain accurate appointment and lead records in CRM and scheduling platforms

· Coordinate schedules between customers, estimators, and technicians

· Follow up on missed appointments and rebook as needed

· Communicate clearly with estimators, technicians, and other team members about job details and customer needs

· Learn and follow company processes, scripts, and quality standards

· Handle multiple tasks (calls, emails, system updates) and prioritize daily workload

Required Skills & Experience

· Minimum 2 years customer service, call center, or similar experience





· Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

· Computer savvy — comfortable using multiple programs/platforms (CRM, scheduling, email)

· Excellent multitasking, time-management, and prioritization skills

· Team player with a quick ability to learn new processes and systems

· Professional, reliable, and customer-focused

Preferred

· HVAC industry or home services experience

· Experience with Housecall Pro would be an asset, but not required
