Are you friendly, self-motivated, dependable and interested in learning something recent? We are a busy orthodontic office looking for a positive, team orientated individual to join our team.
Previous dental experience is an asset but formal training is not required.
For the right candidate, our office is prepared to pay for formal online dental assistant training in exchange for a work term. Further details will be discussed in the interview.
The ideal candidate will
- Have a warm and steady attitude that contributes positively to our team culture.
-Have good fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and an eye for detail. -Connect easily with patients of all ages.
-Be reliable and organized.
-Work well with a team and lift up others around them.
-Be willing to learn and take direction.
What you will do
-Sterilize and process dental instruments.
-Setup dental instrument delivery trays.
-Clean and turn over treatment rooms.
-Stock and organize supplies.
-Greet and seat patients and help them feel at ease.
-Support our clinical team (ex: help take patient photos and upload documents to patient charts)
