Location: London, ON

Position: Permanent Full-Time Certified Level II Dental Assistant The TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre of London, Ontario is seeking an experienced Front Office Assistant to join its team.

We are seeking an assistant that has a willingness to learn a specialized area of dentistry, who is compassionate, warm, and has a caring attitude, as we spend a good portion of our day communicating and understanding our patients. We focus on TMJ disorders, orthodontics, craniofacial pain, and sleep-related breathing issues - it’s meaningful work that changes lives.

Qualifications

- Certified Level II Dental Assistant
- Previous dental assisting experience
- Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using dental software and computers
- Good typing and documentation skills
- Professional, dependable,



and detail-oriented
- Experience in orthodontics is considered an asset

Responsibilities

- Providing chairside assistance to the dentist
- Preparing treatment rooms and patients for procedures
- Performing Level II dental assisting duties within scope
- Maintaining appropriate sterilization and infection-control standards
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Assisting with clinical organization and daily workflow
- Providing professional and compassionate patient care
