Part-Time Hygiene Coordinator

Northmount is a warm, family-run dental practice where caring for people comes naturally. We’re looking for someone who shares that warmth and takes pride in keeping our hygiene schedule full and our patients well looked after.

What you’ll do:

- Take ownership of the hygiene schedule.
- Book continuing-care appointments and follow up with overdue patients.
- Fill cancellations and manage our short-notice list.
- Build patient relationships through friendly, thoughtful phone conversations.
- Keep clear notes and follow through on patient requests.
- Work closely with our hygienists and front desk team.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

- Are a people person with excellent phone etiquette.




- Take initiative and enjoy making things happen.
- Are organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
- Bring warmth, kindness, and a helpful attitude.
- Ideally have at least two years of experience with both Dentrix and MaxAssist.

The schedule:

- Approximately 5 hours/day, 4 days/week.
- Days and exact hours are flexible for the right candidate.
