Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who loves people, takes pride in their work, and knows how to make patients feel genuinely welcome.

Our ideal candidate brings

- Dental administration experience, ideally in a busy practice
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Confidence managing appointments, patient inquiries, and insurance claims
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, professional attitude and a team-first mentality
- Comfort with technology and learning recent systems

Experience with Dentrix, Dexis, or Max Assist is an asset. While dental experience is strongly preferred,
