Brandt Development Ltd is currently seeking a Development Dispatcher for our Regina, SK, location.
The Developments
Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching internal facilities staff and third-party vendors to conduct repairs, perform maintenance and provide new equipment installations. Primarily responsible for customer support by responding to building or property related requests in a timely and efficient manner. Brandt is a customer driven company, privately owned and family run, strengthened by diversification and succeeding through specialization.

Manage workorders for your assigned region working closely with the Facility Manager assigned. Maintain a strong focus on problem-solving, organization and preventative and regulatory building maintenance schedules.
Support Facility
Managers within their assigned region(s) with purchase order approvals, vendor quotations, new vendor account setups.
What We Look For
Minimum of high school diploma is required; preference is given to those who have successfully completed a post-secondary administrative or office education program. 3-5 years' experience in a field related to real estate, property management/maintenance, or dispatching preferred. Demonstrated ability to compose service notifications and other correspondence using robust business writing skills and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent customer service skills are essential.
Certification or experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades preferred. Preference may be given to those who are bilingual in English and French.
