Grace Care Communities is seeking reliable and compassionate individuals to join our team at Grace Haven Residence, an 80 bed Special Care Home in Moncton, New Brunswick.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

- Dietary Aide: Evening shifts
- Housekeeper: Evening shifts
- Resident Attendant: Day and evening shifts

These permanent, part time non guaranteed (PTNG/casual) positions play an important role in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home while supporting the daily needs and well being of our residents. Responsibilities

Dietary Aide

- Assist with meal preparation, portioning, and service according to residents’ dietary needs and established procedures.
- Set up dining areas and assist with meal delivery and cleanup.
- Wash dishes and clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and dining areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures.

Housekeeper

- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, washrooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, and garbage removal.
- Keep cleaning supplies and equipment clean, organized, and properly stored.
- Report maintenance concerns and follow established cleaning and infection prevention procedures.

Resident Attendant

- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, and mobility, according to their care plans.
- Support residents during meals and daily activities while encouraging independence.




- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition or behaviour to the appropriate supervisor.
- Help maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment while protecting residents’ dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

- Relevant education, training, or experience for the position applied for.
- First Aid and CPR certification, as required for the role.
- Knowledge of safety and infection prevention practices.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- A reliable work ethic and a compassionate, respectful approach to residents.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
- Successful completion of required Social Development and Vulnerable Sector checks.
- Availability to work the shifts listed for the position applied for.
