BCS is seeking an experienced and strategic financial leader to serve as Director of Finance. This senior leadership role oversees the financial operations of Bearspaw Christian School Society and provides financial leadership for the Bearspaw Christian School Foundation.

The successful candidate will provide oversight of financial systems, controls, reporting, and day-to-day financial operations, ensuring the organization's financial resources are managed effectively and responsibly. Serving as CFO for the Bearspaw Christian School Foundation, the Director will provide financial insight and guidance to support sound decision-making and the long-term financial health of the organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative leader who is passionate about Christian education, organizational stewardship, and supporting the mission of BCS through strong financial leadership. The Director of Finance reports directly to the Head of School and serves as a collaborative member of the BCS Senior Leadership Team.
