THE ROLE
We are looking for a pastor or operational leader with a pastoral heart experienced in leading and directing a team that is passionate about their shared mission. Someone whose compassion fuels action and whose faith shapes strategy. This role is for a servant leader who sees people in their most desperate moments and believes, without hesitation, that no story is beyond redemption.
A leader who can take a mission rooted in God’s love for all people and translate it into operational excellence to create lasting impact.
As a faith-based charity serving people facing economic hardship, social isolation, trauma, addiction, and spiritual searching across Leamington and the surrounding area, we walk with individuals through some of life’s darkest valleys. We operate a nightly drop-in centre, serving a hot meal 7 days a week, offer essential resources, trauma‑recovery programs, and compassionate care to the most vulnerable population in our area. And, above all, Hope Church — a gathering for those unsure about church but longing for meaning, connection, and grace.
As the Director of Organizational and Spiritual Health you integrate pastoral care with organizational leadership, guiding staff, volunteers, and partners so that every part of the Hope Centre reflects God’s heart for healing, dignity, and belonging. You will cultivate a culture where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to serve with excellence and help each team member to see their work not merely as a task, but as a calling to serve others with purpose, compassion, and faith.
If you’re ready to bring courage to complexity, hope to hardship,
and structure to compassion — this is a place where your leadership becomes ministry, and your ministry becomes impact.
