Responsibilities

- Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs and kitchen staff
- Ensure all food handling procedures meet safety regulations and quality standards
- Keep the kitchen area tidy by sweeping floors, emptying trash bins, and organizing supplies
- Support food service operations by setting up dining areas and assisting with basic serving tasks when needed




- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and accidents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow during busy service periods

Skills

- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation practices in a food service environment
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable
