Our client is a well‐established Canadian manufacturer expanding its national distribution network with a new facility in Calgary. The Calgary site will support customers across Western Canada and will continue to grow as the business scales.

Manage daily operations of a 50,000+ sq. ft. Calgary distribution center. Recruit, coach, and supervise a small team with a focus on safety and productivity. Oversee receiving, put away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy.

Coordinate inbound intermodal freight and outbound LTL, FTL, and customer pickups.



Support facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, security, and compliance. Work closely with national logistics leadership to align service levels, carrier performance, and inventory availability.

Track and report operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost control.

Experience managing warehouse or distribution center operations in a hands‐on setting. Understanding of freight coordination, carrier performance, and customer service expectations. Facility oversight experience, including safety, equipment, and operational readiness. Ability to travel for company training and a valid driver's license.
