Dollarama is seeking a District Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across 10 to 18 stores, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. You will guide store managers and indirectly lead a team of about ten or more employees per store, driving merchandising, recruitment and training, store openings, financial reporting, sales, productivity, labor and inventory management.
This role offers a salary range of $90,000–$110,000, based on qualifications and experience.
