As a Payroll and Benefits Specialist at DMC, you will take on a permanent role focusing on semi-monthly payroll for a seamless operation. Candidates should possess a robust background in high-volume payroll processing and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities

- Process payroll accurately for employees across Canada and USA
- Collect and verify payroll data with HR and Site Operations




- Handle expatriate payroll activities and related processes
- Prepare Year-End reports and facilitate audits as necessary
- Resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and efficiently

Requirements:
- At least 5-7 years in full-cycle payroll processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other applications
- Knowledge of payroll legislation in Canada and the USA
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and Avanti is strongly preferred
