Company Overview
We are a full-service EPCM committed to delivering innovative solutions across various industries. Our team is dedicated to excellence, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Role
This is a combined role split between two functions. As Document Controller (DC) where you will manage project and company documentation. As Project Controls (PC), you will be part of the Project Setup group, setting up projects and maintaining budgets in BQE Core.
As DC, you will engage with our Project team to manage the workflow of all project associated documentation throughout the lifecycle of a given project. This position requires working with Project Management, Engineering and Design Drafting to manage and log all associated correspondence with external sources to ensure the integrity of the Document Management Systems , project file structures and client document portals. The DC will function both independently engaging on various project related design and support efforts as well as working as part of a comprehensive team working with other technical staff, Project Managers and customers.
This role will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all corporate documented standards and procedures.
As PC, you will be a member of the Project Setup group, working with Business Development, Project Managers, Admin and Accounting to set up and maintain projects in BQE Core throughout their lifecycle. This includes receiving Project Initiation Forms (PIFs), creating projects and phases, assigning hours, and updating budgets by re-allocating hours as directed by the Project Manager, so that project data in BQE Core accurately reflects contracts, purchase orders and change orders. The PC will support Project Managers with resource planning, time-entry access and project close-out, and will ensure that project setup and budget changes follow company procedures.
Training on BQE Core will be provided.
Due to the company’s size, the successful candidate may also be asked to support additional tasks within their competency and training, providing an opportunity for broad exposure and skilled growth.

- Issue outgoing deliverables (ex IFR, IFC, As-Built)
with transmittals through client document portals, and track client acknowledgements and returned comments.
- Manage document and drawing numbering: review internal numbering requests for accuracy and duplicates, apply client-specific numbering standards, and request client document numbers through their portals.
- Set up and run squad checks and client review sessions, manage reviewer access, and close out and file the completed comment logs.
