ROLE DESCRIPTION The Drafter is responsible for drawings Unique’s projects and getting them approved. The majority of projects will be focused around restaurant furniture layout and design. Using program’s like AutoCAD, Mozaic, and other 3D rendering tools, you will be needing to make the projects come to life through drawings. Key responsibilities, competencies and qualifications are as follows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities are as follows:

- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements for the project so it can be drawn accordingly
- Complete shop drawings and any revisions in timely manner

- Obtaining approvals on drawings
- Program manufacturing parts for the CNC
- Other duties and responsibilities may be asked

Tools and Equipment Used Employee must be able to use the following:

· Microsoft Office (Email, Excel, Word, Outlook)

· AutoCAD, Mozaik

· Computer and other IT software

Qualifications Required

- Certificate or Diploma in Computer-Aided Design
- Skilled in AutoCAD and Revit

- Computer Knowledge

- Construction Knowledge an asset
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Communicate with Colleagues, Clients and Suppliers
- Read, Write & Speak English Clearly
- Positive Attitude, Motivated, & Willing to Learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
