- Responsibilities: Safely delivering and collecting packages, inspecting shipments, maintaining proper documentation, and operating computerized systems for tracking and dispatch.
- Representing the company professionally and maintaining a neat appearance.
- Adhering to operating procedures, route planning, and security protocols.
- Engaging with customers to answer questions, promote additional business, and inform them about services.
- Loading/unloading aircraft or containers and sorting packages as needed.

Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred but not required; proficiency in vehicle operation and safety; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; bilingualism (French and English) required for Quebec candidates. Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean record, ability to pass assessments, and work on different shifts based on operational needs.
