Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Foster a warm, welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and independence among children.
- Provide attentive caregiving by meeting individual needs related to nutrition, hygiene, and emotional support.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, by adapting activities and providing personalized assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with families and colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to each child's growth and well-being.
- Ensure health and safety standards are consistently upheld within the classroom environment.

Experience





- Minimum 2 years experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings is highly preferred.
- Classroom experience that demonstrates the ability to manage group activities effectively.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a valuable asset.
- Formal training in early childhood education or related certifications is strongly recommended.
- Proven ability to engage children through teaching strategies that promote active learning and development.
- Strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
