We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education (ECE) Educator to inspire and nurture young learners in a dynamic classroom environment. Duties

- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that align with early childhood education standards and individual student needs
- Foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction
- Observe and assess children’s developmental progress, documenting milestones and communicating with families as needed
- Support children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education accommodations or working with individuals with disabilities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom setting conducive to learning and play
- Utilize computer skills to update records, prepare educational materials, and communicate with colleagues and families
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, parents, and specialists




- Manage classroom routines efficiently through excellent time management and organizational skills
- Lead by example in promoting positive behavior, inclusivity, and respect among children and staff

Qualifications

- Proven 3 years experience in BC working with children in early childhood settings or similar environments
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, child development, and teaching methodologies
- Fluent in English
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education is preferred
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential for engaging with children, families, and team members
- Computer operation skills for record-keeping, lesson planning, and communication platforms
- Classroom experience demonstrating leadership qualities and effective classroom management
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating leadership when necessary
