We are seeking a passionate and energetic English Instructor to join our vibrant Afterschool Program (ages 5-9). In this role, you will inspire and engage students by delivering dynamic English language lessons tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels. Duties

- Design and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to students’ varying proficiency levels and learning styles
- Create a lively classroom atmosphere that motivates students to participate actively in language activities
- Incorporate multimedia resources, games, and interactive exercises to enhance language acquisition
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans aligned with educational standards and program goals
- Monitor student progress through assessments and adapt teaching strategies accordingly

Requirements

- Proven experience working with children in an educational or tutoring setting, preferably in classroom environments
- Strong command of English; native-speaker would be ideal.
- Excellent writing skills for creating lesson plans, instructional materials, and student assessments
- Demonstrated ability to engage young learners through creative teaching methods and classroom management skills
- Knowledge of language teaching techniques and familiarity with curriculum development
- Multilingual abilities (Mandarin, French, Spanish, Japanese) are a plus for supporting diverse student populations
- Prior tutoring or classroom experience in an afterschool setting is preferred
