Mini-Excavator Operator — Part time, Short-Term (Possibility of Long-Term Full-Time)

A1 Waterproofing Inc. is looking for an experienced mini-excavator operator to join our crew in the London area. Immediate start — vacant position.

The role

- Operate a mini-excavator on residential waterproofing job sites
- Work alongside our crew on excavation, backfill, and grading
- Part-time, short-term to start — with the possibility of long-term full-time for the right fit

What we're looking for:
- Proven experience operating a mini-excavator — this is not a training position
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a small crew
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Able to jump in on physical labour when not on the machine




- Minimum of 2 references available upon request

Experience

- Heavy equipment operation: 2 years (preferred)
