Responsibilities

- Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and skin analysis tailored to individual client needs
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
- Engage with clients at the front desk to schedule appointments, answer questions, and promote services
- Upsell retail products and additional treatments to enhance client results and boost salon revenue
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening attentively, addressing concerns, and creating a positive experience




- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment areas following health regulations
- Assist with retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and recommending suitable options

Requirements

- Valid esthetician license or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Experience with eyelash extensions is highly preferred; solid technical skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Proven ability in retail sales and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling and client check-in/out processes
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning about skincare trends and new treatment techniques
