The Boot & Barrel Lifestyle Co. is bringing a new concept to Red Deer: a premium pedicure lounge combining professional care, thoughtful hospitality and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Built with men in mind and welcoming everyone, we offer an experience where guests can rest, reset and recharge. We are looking for upbeat, personable estheticians and pedicure specialists who take pride in their work and genuinely enjoy caring for people.

The Opportunity

Full-time, part-time and on-call opportunities are available, with competitive wages and bonus incentives.

You will primarily work with male guests, including those receiving their first professional pedicure. Helping guests feel comfortable, explaining services clearly and building lasting relationships are essential parts of this role.

Your Responsibilities

- Provide professional pedicures, nail and cuticle care, and callus care within your training.
- Perform lower-leg and foot massage, light hand grooming and service enhancements within your qualifications.
- Consult with guests about their preferences and identify concerns that may require modifying or declining a service.
- Create a welcoming, attentive and personalized experience throughout every appointment.
- Follow cleaning, disinfection and infection-prevention procedures consistently.
- Keep tools, supplies and treatment stations clean, organized and ready for each guest.
- Work collaboratively to keep appointments running smoothly without compromising service quality.
- Explain aftercare, service options and memberships in a helpful, qualified manner.





What We’re Looking For

- Relevant esthetics or pedicure training.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe, hygienic practices.
- An upbeat, approachable personality and excellent guest-service skills.
- Strong English communication skills for consultations, service explanations and aftercare.
- Comfort working with a primarily male clientele.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experience-focused environment while remaining calm and attentive.
- Reliability, initiative and a positive team attitude.
- Availability for some evenings and Saturdays.

Valued Assets

- Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
- Hands-on experience providing pedicures and natural nail care.
- Experience with gel polish application and removal.
- Confidence helping first-time guests feel comfortable.

Recent graduates with strong foundational skills, a professional attitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
