Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Evening Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality food service for our guests. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail, following established recipes and standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices
- Ensure all food served meets safety regulations and quality standards by adhering to food safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt, friendly service that enhances the guest experience
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when restocking is needed
- Support meal preparation during busy evening shifts, ensuring timely delivery of orders to the bar and take out orders.

Requirements





- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly as a line cook or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety practices
- Familiarity with serving protocols and food handling regulations to ensure compliance with health standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced pub setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
- Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant experience is highly desirable
