In this role, you’ll be the face of our lounge and dining atmosphere—delivering top-tier hospitality, expertly navigating food and beverage pairings, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences: Warmly welcome guests, anticipate needs, and provide proactive, attentive table and lounge service.
- Menu Mastery: Maintain deep knowledge of our food menu, signature cocktails, wines, local tap offerings, and daily features to make confident recommendations and upsells.
- Efficient Order Management: Accurately take orders, enter them quickly into the POS system, and coordinate seamlessly with the bar and kitchen.
- Lounge Maintenance: Maintain a pristine, organized, and inviting seating area, ensuring fast turnarounds on tables while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Team Synergy: Work collaboratively with bartenders, bus staff, and kitchen team members during peak high-volume shifts.
- Compliance:



Ensure full adherence to provincial alcohol serving regulations (Smart Serve / Manitoba LGCA requirements) and food safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of serving/cocktail experience in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or premium casual environment.
- Certifications: Valid Smart Serve / Manitoba Responsible Beverage Service Certification.
- Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking under pressure, strong memory for orders, and a passion for hospitality.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professionalism: Dependable, punctual, organized, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and teamwork.
