We are looking for a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator or Infant Toddler Educator to join our team at CEFA Early Years School South Delta!

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of curriculum planning experience and a strong understanding of best practices in classroom management and positive guidance. We are looking for an educator who brings creativity, energy, and warmth to the classroom, and is committed to creating a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for every child.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Foster children’s curiosity and develop a lifelong love of learning.
- Support and promote children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development, while encouraging self-help skills and independence.
- Plan, develop and implement a high-quality program in line with the CEFA curriculum.
- Work collaboratively with co-workers to maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared classroom environment.
- Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with co-workers, management, and families.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in attendance, appearance,



and daily responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

- Valid BC ECE or IT Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant Canadian work experience
- Cleared Criminal Record Check
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Previous CEFA experience preferred but not required

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
