Midland Transport is seeking a dedicated Driver Trainer to enhance the skills of recent drivers entering our diverse operations. You will play a critical role in road evaluations, coordinating drug testing, and conducting onboarding programs to ensure driver excellence. Your expertise will support the continuous improvement and safety of our fleets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct road tests for Class 1, 3, and 5 driver candidates
- Evaluate competency in safety compliance and vehicle handling
- Coordinate pre-employment drug and alcohol testing




- Lead new driver orientation and onboarding sessions

Requirements:
- 5+ years as a professional driver, Class 1 preferred
