What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver exceptional full-service grooming, breed-specific cuts, and personalized styling.
- Perform bathing, blow-drying, brushing, nail care, and finishing services.
- Conduct coat and skin assessments and recommend appropriate grooming treatments.
- Capture high-quality before-and-after photos and short videos of grooming transformations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized grooming station.




- Properly operate and care for professional grooming equipment.
- Create a calm, comfortable, and positive experience for every pet.

What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of professional grooming experience REQUIRED.

- Ability to independently complete full grooms from start to finish.
- Strong scissoring, clipping, blending, and finishing techniques.
- Confidence working with different breeds, coat types, and temperaments.
- Gentle, patient, and safety-conscious animal handling.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Comfortable using technology or willing to learn digital booking systems, report cards, and content processes.
- Own professional grooming tools, including clippers, blades, shears, brushes, and combs.
- Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic about continued development.

Professional grooming certifications and Pet First Aid/CPR are considered assets. Compensation & Growth

Starting hourly rate: $21–$24, based on experience and demonstrated skill.
