JExpress Lane Technician

Alberta Honda is currently seeking an Express Lane Technician to join our service team. This entry-level position is suited for someone looking to build experience in the automotive industry, with the potential to progress into an apprenticeship opportunity.

The role focuses on routine maintenance and supporting daily shop operations in a structured dealership workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform oil and filter changes and other scheduled maintenance services
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires
- Identify and recommend additional maintenance when appropriate
- Assist Journeyman Technicians as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous lube bay experience required
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Basic computer proficiency
- Able to work efficiently in a busy shop setting




- Team-oriented with a professional attitude
- Dealership experience considered an asset
- First Aid/CPR and WHMIS certification considered an asset
