We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our healthcare team. Duties

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing
- Manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions with evidence-based treatment plans
- Administer medications and oversee medication management to ensure safety and efficacy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner to document patient encounters accurately
- Provide pediatric care, including immunizations, developmental screenings, and health education for children and adolescents
- Coordinate home care services and facilitate referrals for specialized treatments or hospital admissions when necessary
- Collect and analyze patient data to monitor health trends, improve treatment outcomes, and support research initiatives




- Lead pain management strategies tailored to individual patient needs while adhering to best practices in acute care settings
- Participate in quality improvement projects focused on patient safety, clinical efficiency, and service excellence

Qualifications

- Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine as a Family Physician
- Proven hospital experience with a strong understanding of acute care procedures and protocols
- Experience in research or clinical studies related to family medicine or primary care preferred
- Hands-on experience with medical terminology, medication administration, and patient care documentation
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner is highly desirable
- Background in pediatrics, home care coordination, and pain management enhances your suitability for this role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly to patients of all ages
- Ability to work efficiently in rapid-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
