Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care, companionship, and daily living support. Duties

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity
- Provide patient-centered care including medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring in accordance with care plans
- Support clients with meal preparation, ensuring nutritious and tailored diets are maintained
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning living areas, laundry, and organizing to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Offer companionship through engaging conversations, recreational activities, and emotional support to enhance quality of life




- Assist with mobility and heavy lifting as needed to prevent falls or injuries during transfers or repositioning
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, medication schedules, and any changes in health status for reporting purposes

Qualifications

- Prior experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospice care or home care environments is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities or dementia
- Knowledge of patient care procedures including medication administration and wound management
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility needs
- Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor to build trusting relationships with clients
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or client needs
- Certification in caregiving or relevant healthcare training is a plus but not mandatory
