The Yachimec Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Finance Manager to join our team.

As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in the dealership's success by working closely with customers, lenders, and the Sales team to secure competitive financing solutions and promote a comprehensive range of financial products and protection options.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide customers through the automotive financing process, providing a professional, transparent, and positive experience.
- Review credit applications, assess financing options, and secure approvals through various lending institutions.
- Submit finance applications and negotiate competitive terms and conditions with lenders.
- Present and sell finance, insurance, warranty, and vehicle protection products.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with financial institutions and lending partners.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales team to maximize opportunities and ensure a seamless vehicle purchase experience.
- Proactively generate and follow up on leads through phone, email, digital channels, and customer referrals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, privacy requirements, and dealership policies.
- Stay current on available finance programs, lender requirements, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in ongoing product training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales, sales management, or finance management.




- Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or Finance Director is preferred.
- Proven ability to present and sell automotive finance and protection products.
- Hands-on experience submitting finance applications and negotiating terms with lenders is required.
- Working knowledge of Dealertrack and RouteOne.
- Experience using CDK and dealership CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of automotive financing, credit processes, and lender relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities.
- A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction and ethical business practices.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work dealership hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
