- Invoice Issuance & Timeliness - Delays escalated immediately
- Customer Portal Uploads - Completed within 24 hours of job completed
- Invoice Delivery & Tracking - Invoice delivery confirmed & documented
- Invoice Accuracy & Revisions - Invoice questions - Billing discrepancies
- Invoice Inquiries & Communication
- Act as a first point of contact for customer invoice inquiries
- Credit Card Payments
- Custom & Customer-Specific Invoicing
- Maintain comprehensive bookkeeping records by recording transactions accurately within accounting software platforms.
- Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general bookkeeping procedures.
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail for accurate record keeping and account reconciliation.
- The Finance Operations Coordinator is expected to own invoice execution end-to-end until delivery is confirmed.
