Reports To: Manager, Financial Reporting & Tax Record month-end adjusting entries and capital entries for investment funds and development properties Monitor cash flow activities and prepare investor distributions and other payments Assist with coding of invoices to the correct fund and general ledger accounts Prepare year-end audit and tax working paper files within scheduled deadlines Complete ad-hoc projects for internal and external reporting purposes Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field Three to four years of experience in accounting or financial reporting Investment company and real estate experience is an asset
