Preparation/Review of monthly bank and loan reconciliations, including related interest calculations Full cycle accounting, including A/R and A/P function (with invoice coding) and preparation of journal entries (e.g. land purchase, land sales, cost recoveries, etc), trial balance review, account reconciliations, job costing and allocation reasonability Track and reconcile lot discharges and house closings Reconcile intercompany accounts Monitor and manage cash flow on development projects, including preparation of cash flow forecasts, cash progress funding draws, and analysis of loan and letter of credit utilization Preparation of cash calls, distributions and equity reconciliations Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of colour, LGBTQ+ individuals,
